After intense development the last few months, we are pleased to announce two major product enhancements
- New Journey API – the newly released API makes integration between a partner’s passenger information system (PIS) and GeoSignage CMS super simple. Providing the API with data about the route, next stops and other journey-related information, GeoSignage CMS can be used to design the traffic information displayed to the passengers as well as associate other content like advertisement or tourist information with events like “Arriving Central Station”.
- Support of GTFS Realtime – with the ability to consume a GTFS-RT feed GeoSignage CMS can fetch and show estimated arrival times of upcoming stops and display connections at transit hubs. This is without any middleware software.
